It all started in 1957, when the company started pioneering the extrusion of roller shutter slats. Since starting production of shutters, some two million kilometres of shutter slats have been produced. In order to successfully continue this development on an international basis, the shutter products were consolidated into a separate business division in 2007.

The product range with the Capri-Ischia system featuring sliding or fixed slats, the hinged board shutter Grado, the aluminium French shutter Elba and the French shutter system Universal provides individual solutions for all needs. French shutters for windows and outside doors give both old and new buildings a quite personal profile and have a lot more to offer than privacy, sound insulation, thermal insulation and protection against forced entry.
It goes without saying that RolaPlus and OmbraPlus fulfil the highest ecological demands as well. In addition to recycled materials the manufacturing process uses exclusively fresh, lead-free PVC with "green" stabilisers based on calcium-zinc.
